Silipo Coffee specialise in many aspects of the coffee industry. The first and foremost being our four blends of coffee, which have been carefully, selected from the highest grade Arabica beans from around the world.

Platino - Our top of the range blend!

This blend starts with a base of Guatemalan beans mixed with the finest blends found throughout Africa to give the coffee an exquisite punch, with a very full flavour and a spicy after note. Although this blend is great for every style of coffee, Silipo Coffee highly recommends this blend be used as an espresso style of coffee.

Nero - Our traditional Italian blend!

This blend is formulated from the base of the Platino blend then we add a Costa Rico blend to give the coffee a very European taste. This blend suits anyone who likes a good strong coffee with a touch of bitterness. If you are into stove top espresso Silipo Coffee recommends this is the one for you.

Bianco - Our base blend and a very interesting one!

This blend consists of beans originating from Columbia and Kenya. The result is a flavoursome, medium strength coffee with velvety chocolate/mocha aftertaste. If you are into plunger coffee Silipo Coffee recommends the Bianco.

Swiss Water Decaf - Our Decaffeinated blend!

This blend consists of Central American beans which have been through the Swiss water process removing the caffeine from the green beans. This is able to be done via purified water and special decaffeinating filters. This is the best way to ensure that the final roasted product produces a coffee that tastes pretty close to the real thing!
