Silipo Coffee specialise in many aspects of the coffee industry. The first and foremost being our four blends of coffee, which have been carefully selected from the highest grade Arabica beans from around the world. We then roast them in our state of the art 15kg Has Garanti Roaster.
Platino - Our top of the range blend!
This blend starts with the base of Peru organic beans mixed with the finest blends found throughout the world to give the coffee an exquisite punch, with a very full flavour of plum, dried fruits and chocolate/toblerone after note.
Although this blend is great for every style of coffee, Silipo Coffee highly recommends this blend be used as an espresso style of coffee.
Nero - Our traditional Italian blend!
This Silver award winning blend. It is formulated from three excellent quality Central American coffee beans, we then roast to give the coffee a very European taste. It is spicy, peppery with a little bit of a winey flavour.This is an excellent blend which suits anyone who likes a good strong coffee with a touch of bitterness. If you are into stove top espresso Silipo Coffee recommends this is the one for you.
Marrone - Our base blend and a very interesting one!
This blend consists of beans originating from Columbia, Brazil & Nicaragua. The result is a flavoursome, medium strength coffee with flavours of nuts,chocolate a little cherry and an earthy taste.
If you are into plunger coffee Silipo Coffee recommends the Marrone.
Swiss Water Decaf - Our Decaffeinated blend!
Our Silver award winning Decaf coffee beans have bean regarded as the best on the market. We use a Mexican Decaffeinated coffee bean which is also a Rain Forest Alliance and Organic certified coffee.
The Swiss Water Decaf method is able to be done via purified water and special decaffeinating filters. This is the best way to ensure that the final roasted product produces a coffee that tastes pretty close to the real thing!

Peru - This is one of our Signature Single Origins!
Having won a Bronze medal. Our Peru Single origin is a fully certified organic coffee with great flavours. It has a great chocolate ganache flavour with a light to medium body and low acidity.
This is a great coffee every which way, but a syphon coffee or espresso is the go.
